Where to find your Yun Express tracking number
Your Yun Express tracking number is usually in the shipping confirmation email, on the shop's order page, or printed on the parcel label. It is not the same as the shop's order number — only the tracking number works on Yun Express's network.
Yun Express numbers can vary by service, so copy the whole reference exactly as shown, including any letters at the start or end.
A brand-new label can take a while to show its first scan: Yun Express often creates the label before physically receiving the parcel, so "no information yet" right after you order is normal.
What each Yun Express status means
Label created (or pre-advice) means the shipment is registered but Yun Express has not scanned the parcel yet. In transit means it is moving through the Yun Express network — between depots, in a sorting hub, or waiting for the next checkpoint scan. Out for delivery means it is on a vehicle for a delivery attempt that day.
Delivered means Yun Express recorded the parcel as handed over — to you, a neighbour, a safe place, or a pickup point. An exception (also shown as delayed or attempted delivery) means something interrupted the normal flow: a missed attempt, an address problem, customs, or weather. A return means the parcel is heading back to the sender.
How long Yun Express delivery usually takes
Domestic Yun Express parcels typically get a new scan at least once a day and arrive within a few working days, but the exact speed depends on the service the sender chose — express services move faster and scan more often than economy or ecommerce ones.
International Yun Express shipments are slower and quieter: a parcel can sit for two to five days with no new scan while it clears customs or is handed between carriers at a border. A gap by itself does not mean the parcel is lost.
What to do if a Yun Express parcel is stuck or missing
If tracking hasn't moved for a day or two, first check the number for typos and confirm Yun Express is actually the carrier — the last leg is sometimes handed to a local partner. Then give the next scan time to appear, especially over weekends or across a border.
If Yun Express shows delivered but you don't have the parcel, check your mailbox, doorstep, parcel box, any safe place, and other people in the household, and look for a delivery photo or note in the tracking detail. If it's still missing after about a day, contact the sender or Yun Express — the official Yun Express tracking page is the source of truth for claims and disputes.
