About ParcelTag

Tracking one parcel is easy. Tracking five from four different carriers means five different websites, five different status formats, and no single place to see what is happening. ParcelTag fixes that.

Why ParcelTag exists

The reason ParcelTag was built is straightforward: keeping track of deliveries from Swiss Post, DHL, Planzer, and a Royal Mail order at the same time meant opening four separate tabs, navigating four different interfaces, and interpreting whatever status label each carrier had decided to use that week. There was no good reason for it to be that tedious.

ParcelTag collects those updates in one dashboard. Add a tracking number, pick the carrier, give the parcel a label — the order from last week, the return you dropped off, the package a family member sent. Everything shows up in the same place with a consistent status language.

No email access, no ads

Most multi-carrier tracking apps work by reading your inbox. They ask for permission to connect to your email account, scan through your messages to find order confirmations, and extract tracking numbers automatically. That works, but it means handing a third party access to everything in your mailbox — not just the delivery emails.

ParcelTag does not work that way. You add tracking numbers yourself: copy the number from a confirmation email or the parcel label, choose the carrier, save it. The app never requests email access and has no background inbox scanning.

There are also no ads. ParcelTag does not sell advertising space, does not use your delivery data for targeting, and does not pass information to ad networks. It is a parcel tracker, not an advertising product that happens to show delivery updates.

What ParcelTag is not

ParcelTag is not a replacement for the official carrier tracking page. For formal delivery confirmation, disputes, or claims, the carrier site is the source of truth. ParcelTag surfaces the same events in one place — it does not replace the carrier relationship.

It also does not cover every carrier in the world. Supported carriers are listed on the carriers page. New carriers are only added when the integration actually works reliably, not as a placeholder or roadmap promise.

Add a parcel and we'll watch for updates

If you regularly track more than one or two parcels across different carriers and want to stop checking multiple websites, ParcelTag is built for that.
